RejuFi operates as a premium medical tourism concierge. Our standards are designed to protect clients, respect healthcare providers, and ensure clarity at every stage of the journey.
Our Role
RejuFi is a non-medical concierge and facilitation service. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. Our role is to coordinate access to licensed healthcare providers in Thailand and support clients with planning, logistics, and continuity of care.
Working With Medical Providers
All medical services are delivered by licensed hospitals and clinics operating under Thai law. RejuFi does not interfere with clinical decision-making or pricing. Medical providers invoice clients directly, in Thai baht, according to their own policies and standards.
Payments & Transparency
RejuFi charges fees only for concierge and facilitation services. Payment options may include traditional methods and selected digital assets. Cryptocurrency payments, where available, apply solely to non-medical services and are never used for medical treatment or hospital billing.
Privacy & Data Protection
We handle personal and health-related information with discretion and care. Data is collected only where necessary, shared solely with authorized providers, and managed in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable international standards.

Our recommendations are guided by client goals, safety, and informed choice—not by commissions or volume. We believe long-term trust is built through honesty, professional boundaries, and respect for both clients and medical partners.
